FiltersSmarterDx is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate, User Training & Engagement to support the development and delivery of exceptional learning and support experiences for our users. Reporting to the Manager of User Training & Engagement, this role will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining the SmarterDx Help Center, creating user-facing documentation and self-service resources.
Lead the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive and accessible knowledge base, empowering employees with the information they need to succeed. You will build and manage a knowledge system that leverages AI to proactively surface information and answer questions. Proactively analyze why employees are asking questions and evolve our employee training program into a scalable and robust onboarding experience, partnering with teams to integrate the knowledge base into the onboarding experience.
This role requires you to design, maintain, and continuously improve the frameworks that power internal healthcare operations. You'll own the accuracy, structure, and usability of our internal knowledge ecosystem — ensuring that every process, workflow, and SOP helps teams make faster, better-informed decisions at the intersection of operations, documentation, and systems design.
